Agile scaling for 3D sensor development in the product engineering process

In this session, I will share: - the value of 3-5-3 scrum for interdisciplinary teams as lean systems and how to overcome issues of matrix organisation groups and scrum teams - a scaling approach that proposes to establish a customer-orientated approach based on scrum teams but with an unbiased view to customers' reality and need for scaling - a very novel way of scaling a product engineering process in an agile way, without changing the product engineering process
