About the session
Calling all innovators, change-makers and problem-solvers! Join this session for an interactive workshop that will revolutionise your approach to problem-solving.
This workshop explores RapidWorks, a customer-centric, evidence-based playbook for smart, scalable corporate innovation. Developed closely in partnership with Eric Ries’ Lean Startup Co, it lays out the process, governance and financial rigour to underpin best practices in innovation – the creation of value through something new.
In this hands-on session, you will discover three essential tools that will revolutionise the way you tackle challenges, mitigate risk and maximise the success of your innovation initiatives.
Participant takeaways:
- Chartering and vision statements - why a charter is like a GPS, rather than a map
- Assumption mapping - are our statements of belief about a customer problem really a leap of faith assumption?
- Experiment design - exploring strength of evidence and closing the learning loop.
Themes:
Creativity, Innovation, Lean Start Up, Lean agile, Product Design, Culture, Experimentation
