About the session

DevOps to our team sounded like lots of automation, tools and monitoring, which just involves developers and an operations engineer. But it's actually a cultural shift in how we build, deliver and maintain systems. I’ll talk about our original approach of automating everything and only getting small returns thinking we were “doing” DevOps. I'll explain how we built a team understanding of what DevOps is, and how it involves all disciplines to be truly successful.
