About the session

Join a playful clowning workshop, and find out how clowning practices can create psychological safety, boost creativity, and help you find unexpected solutions to your problems
As agilists, we know the importance of play in our teams and clowns embody this spirit. Like a good Scrum Master, a clown embraces vulnerability, failure, and improvisation and in the process brings profound observations and truths to the audience and team.
Leaf and Daniel met at Clown School and will be sharing tools and games from the world of clowning to give you insight into a problem you are facing with your agile teams.
Participant takeaways:
- Experience a playful clowning workshop in which you develop psychological safety with the group and explore your own creative solutions
