Lessons in LeSS

In the world of professional services, basic scrum is great - but there comes a point when the size of the job exceeds what is practical for a single team. So what do you do? Do you lose the advantages of agile and revert to more traditional approaches, or do you embrace a more empowering approach and scale up? In this session, we share our experiences of the latter, implementing large scale scrum within one of our projects.
