In this workshop, we'll show you how to learn like a human, by pairing the latest learning research with agile principles. Join your fellow humans as we take you step by step through an engaging and social learning process, which will leave you with the structure and tools to learn anything.

When she became a Professional Scrum Trainer in 2022, Rebecca looked for a simple way for her students to extend their learning beyond her courses. She looked for an easy-to-follow process but after a fruitless search, decided to create one herself.

The process she created uses techniques taken from the best research we have on what works in learning, and it's designed to give the user the freedom to focus their learning on what is actually relevant to the current challenges they face.

Rebecca co-founded Curio Class as a way to share her learning process and make workplace learning more effective for everyone. Rebecca is passionate about leveraging the best research on learning and combining it with agile principles to make learning more motivating and flexible.
